Return Policy

Unless otherwise stated, you may return Modules for credit within 30 days of purchase.  Please contact Customer Service for returns.

Returns on the Prolotherapy textbook, Princliples of Prolotherapy, are not permitted.  All sales are final.

Shipping the Principles of Prolotherapy Textbook

Once your order is received, we ship within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.  We can ship worldwide to a specific address. We do not ship to PO Boxes.  Primarily, we ship your textbook by UPS in the United States and Canada.  Outside the U.S., we ship by UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on your country.

Shipping Rates

Shipping and handling and handling in the Continental United States is a flat rate of $35.00.  Shipping and handling outside the Continental United States will be determined by providing the physical address where the book is to be shipped and you will be contacted by email regarding the shipping and handling costs.  For shipping outside the Continental United States, contact Karen Ravin using the contact form.

You will receive an email with the tracking number provided by the carrier when your book is shipped.
